1. Access Your Account Settings
From your dashboard, click ‘My Account’ located at the bottom left of the screen.
2. Open Settings
Click on ‘Membership Settings’.
3. Navigate to Cancellation Rules
Select ‘Membership Cancellation Rules’ from the settings menu.
4. Enable Cancellation Rules
Use the toggles on the far right to turn cancellation rules on or off for:

Memberships within the minimum contractual term
-
Memberships that auto-renew after the minimum term
5. Edit the Cancellation Policy
Once you’ve enabled a cancellation rule, click the ‘Edit’ button next to it.
6. Set Early Cancellation Terms
Enter your early cancellation policy by choosing either:

A fixed dollar amount
-
A percentage of the outstanding balance
For auto-renewing memberships, you can also set the number of days’ notice required for cancellation after the minimum term is fulfilled.
7. Save Your Changes
Click ‘Save’ to apply your updated cancellation rules.
