Create templates that you can sell to multiple clients and list on your website.
To create a template membership start from your dashboard, spot the bright yellow box and click on 'Get Started'
Under Membership Templates, click Create new Template
You now have two choices:
Build a Template or I know the details
This will take you through the Build a Template pathway
Note:
Build a template: This pathway will step you through the creation of a template membership, automatically calculating the number of payment instalments and the instalment amount which helps you to avoid calculation errors.
I know the details: If you already know the instalment amount and frequency, you can quickly enter the information here. This pathway does not take care of membership calculations for you.
Next enter the name of this membership
Tip
The Membership name is also what you will call it in your marketing material and on your website.
Enter the length of the membership and if you want the membership to auto-renew.
Tip
Length of membership is the minimum term of the membership contract.
If you auto-renew, this membership will continue month-to-month at the conclusion of the minimum term until your client cancels.
Enter the number of days from your client signing up to the membership before their first payment is charged.
Enter the treatment, number of treatments included in the membership and the cost per treatment.
Tip
Add one treatment at a time
You can add multiple treatments by clicking on +Add another
Select the payment frequency. aglow will automatically work out the number of instalments and instalment amount.
Select whether you want to pass the aglow fee onto your client or not.
Tip
We recommend either passing this fee onto your client OR increasing your prices to factor in these operating costs.
Add your Perks and Conditions.
Note
Perks: These are VIP benefits that your client has access to for the duration of their membership. They typically include three or more added benefits of being a member and include priority booking, retail discounts, birthday treatments, complementary upgrades, early access to new treatments and more (you can be creative here!)
Conditions: If you allow early cancelation, you should specify the cancelation penalty. We recommend at least 50% of the outstanding balance. aglow takes care of setting and enforcing the membership contract.
