From your dashboard, select 'My Account' at the bottom left.
Click on 'Manage settings'.
Select 'Treatment menu and pricing'
On the right side of each treatment, you'll find a pencil icon to edit the treatment, and a trash bin icon to delete the treatment from the menu.
