What happens if a members payment is unsuccessful?

A missed or failed payment could be due to a number of reasons from insufficient funds to incorrect payment details.

You do not have to do anything. We will follow up on all missed payments for you, including communication to your member. We will re-attempt the payment.

If there are three consecutively missed payments in a row, we will suspend the membership and notify you via email on what course of action you would like us to take. 

Options include:

  1. Reactivate and collect arrears immediately
  2. Reactivate and collect arrears at the end of the membership plan
  3. Adjust instalment/frequency/term
  4. Leave suspended or cancel
  5. Send to debt collection

Once you have let us know, we will handle the rest.
